Production time for apparel, accessories, and sports equipment ranges from 4–12 business days, depending on item type. Each product is made to order and fulfilled by Artfox LLC through its network of production partners and in-house facilities. We do not hold stock or pre-produced items.
Because every Artfox product is custom-made, returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects, printing errors, or shipping damage.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must submit a claim within 30 days from the delivery date.
To initiate a claim, email info@artfoxprint.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a description.
Once verified, Artfox LLC may, at its discretion:
Artfox LLC reserves the right to request the defective product be returned for inspection before approving a claim.
If a return is authorized, instructions will be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
All customized or personalized items (including user-uploaded photos and AI-generated designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged during fulfillment.
Artfox LLC reserves the right to reject or cancel any return request that does not comply with these terms. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
