Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Scope

Welcome to Artfox. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are for end consumers only; we do not support dropshipping, wholesale or B2B reselling.

2. Orders, Payment & Cancellation

• All orders are custom-made and not stocked.
• Payment must be completed at the time of order via Stripe, PayPal or Apple Pay.
• Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.
• If payment fails or a chargeback is initiated, Artfox LLC reserves the right to void or cancel the order.

3. Production & Fulfillment

Production times vary from 4–12 business days depending on product type (apparel, accessories, sports gear). Fulfillment is executed by Artfox LLC through its own production and verified partner network. Shipping time is additional and depends on destination.

4. Content, Licenses & Intellectual Property

• You confirm you have all rights to any designs, photos, or trademarks submitted.
• Uploaded photos are used exclusively to fulfill your order and are deleted within 30 days. They are never used in advertising or for commercial purposes.
• AI-generated designs created through Artfox tools may be used by Artfox LLC for marketing, advertising, portfolio, and promotional purposes, under a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, provided they contain no personal data or faces.
• Artfox LLC retains the right to showcase AI-generated works publicly as examples of product personalization.

5. Returns, Refunds & Defects

• Because all items are made to order, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, printing errors, or shipping damage.
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Upon validation, Artfox LLC may at its discretion replace the item or refund the cost of the defective item only.
• Personalized items without defects are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or reimbursed.

6. Warranty & Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee color matching between screens and prints; small deviations are normal.
• Artfox LLC is not responsible for poor outcomes caused by low-resolution or misformatted user files.
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

7. Prohibited Content & Refusal of Service

• You may not upload or request printing of illegal, infringing, hateful, or obscene materials.
• Artfox LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order containing prohibited content.
• Access may be suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications & Updates

Artfox LLC may revise these Terms at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California County, subject to consumer protection laws.
